Duck Duck Goose Game

A popular game where I live in Canada, but in case you don’t know how it goes:  Children sit in a circle.  One child walks around the outside of the circle touching each child’s head and saying duck each head they touch.  When the child chooses the child they want, they touch their head and say goose and starts running.  The chosen child chases.  The goal is to reach the chosen child’s empty space first and sit down.  Who ever doesn’t get the spot, repeats the cycle of walking around the circle and touching heads, saying duck duck duck.  Children find it a lot of fun!  Best played with children 6+

Keep Away/Monkey In The Middle

*the goal is for the child in the middle to get the ball as the two outside children toss the ball back and forth to each other.  If the child in the middle catches the ball, the child who threw the ball becomes the middle child.

LOL I’m trying. I didn’t get a pose set out everyday for the last 12 days of Christmas, but it wasn’t due to lack of trying!
I hope you get a chance to use them sometime in your story.

I managed to fit in 2 poses from the ‘Disputes over money’ and 4 from ‘Couple Poses’ in my next chapter! Thank you again for letting me editing them, they worked perfectly for what I had on mind.

Also, I should have done this ages ago but I went back and made sure all the links to your poses are to pages and not posts. They were mostly for pages, anyway, but fixed those that weren’t.
The chapter comes out on Saturday. It has a bit of NSFW, still not overdone, I think.

Thank you! I really need to find a different theme that works best for this but I do love the one I have

I love mine with how big the pictures are but they won’t load properly when they’re not uploaded on WP and I’ll soon run out of storage.

Splendid! It’s incredible how kids play the same games all over the world! I didn’t recognize the first one, but the others yes! And now our simmie kids can play, too! Thank You for sharing thèse 😊

Pose 1 and 2 is just a fun thing to do. Pose 3 and 4 is where you either try to sit down from a standing position or try to stand from a sitting position by using each other’s backs for balance and only using your legs. Pose 5-7 London Bridge is falling down. A line of kids go under the bridge and the bridge comes down catching a child….can’t really remember the rules of that game. I’m all out of ideas for kids games, but I will take suggestions if you know of any I have forgotten!

Maybe Blind man’s buff, or hide-and-seek. Some poses with kids hiding under tables or behind curtains (or trees) could be fun, even if it means you have to move the curtains a little to hide them. Red Light, Green Light is also something we played at and that I see a lot in schoolyards… 🙂

I did consider red light/green light. But I wasn’t sure how to accurately depict it. Hide and seek I think is one I would do as it’s own set. I’ve forgotten what Blind man’s buff is and will have to look up the rules. Thank you for the suggestions!

Blind man’s buff is the game where you’re blindfolded and have to find and recognize the other people playing!

          Oh yes!! thank you!
However I wouldn’t be able to have a blindfold, just closed eyes. But that could work.

Oh, I didn’t think about that… But it could work with closed eyes, or, if the players are teens, the sleep mask accessory.
