Henry Hall is a residence found on the outskirts of University square in game. It is labelled for both genders.
My version can be played as a dormitory or an apartment building or generational home. I have provided two versions for you to play both identical, except for the in game lot classification. In the build there are 6 single studio units with a single bed on the main floor. The second floor has two suite units with a separate bedroom. On that floor you will also find a games room and music room. The first floor has a laundry room. I have left one room open on the first floor for another apartment or skills room you wish to create.
This lot was built with no CC.
I tried to use base game objects where I could, but I own all the packs so it’s a mix.
There is no store content in this build.
The lot was not fully play tested. The students just go into each other’s rooms like usual, so have your sim lock his door.

To Place The Lot – Residential
Like you always have, using the Apartments DL
To Place The Lot – Community -Dorm
Edit University before sending your sim to school!
Go into Edit Town from your lot
In the top left of the screen you will see symbols for vacay worlds and university
Choose University
Find the existing Henry Hall
Bulldoze the lot, evicting the students.
Change the lot to residential
Place the Henry Hall Dorm Res lot.
Change the lot to Community Dorm
The game will tell you that several objects will be deleted.
They are the stoves and the microwaves.
Just replace them after.
I’m not sure if you can put the students back when the lot is a dorm or not. I do know that if you delete the students, new ones will generate. So if you wish to play with the students from that lot, you may need to have them buy the building, using the cheat freerealestate on when the building is a residence.
