When enrollment at the Malan Hall Dorm dramatically dropped, the University Board took a look at the out of date dorm and decided it needed a complete face lift, with additions to appeal to the younger more stylish crowd. Each bedroom is outfitted with double bed for each resident, work desk, lounging furniture, television and a bathroom. Two additions have been added, a work out room for those physical education students, and a student library with desktop computers. An art building was built in the backyard for art students. There are two new party rooms, one in the basement with large wall tv for group gaming experiences. Bedroom five in the basement, is for the student who can’t afford to live in the fancy rooms upstairs. There is also a music room in the basement. With the addition of a whole new backyard with pool, what more could a student need. There is just so much new with this renovation, you must see it for yourself!
Lot was play tested with 8 sims of my own. Lot was designed to solve play errors with the original dorm.
Please read the instructions below carefully. This lot is currently a residence, not a dormitory, to make the placement in your University game easier. You will need to follow the instructions to place this lot and change it to a dorm. This lot does contain a minimal amount of CC and two store content items, that are not necessary for game play.

This lot contains 2 store items that are not necessary for game play- 1) The windows and spiderwebs from The Now and Then Century Manor
You can do without the store window, and as you can see in the pics, the game replaced them with the tall, round top ones. The spiderwebs were meant for bedroom 5 in the basement.
To Place This Lot In University (please follow these directions to get the lot in game and turn to a dorm)
1. From your world, choose Edit Town and then University 2. Bulldoze the existing Malan Hall which is the dorm close to the University school buildings 3. You may also then need to evict any students that are left on the lot after bulldozing. 4. Change the lot to a residence 5. Place the new Malan Hall Dormitory lot. 6. Change it to a dorm so it will function as a dorm.
I have used items from the packs to build this, however you may not need all the packs to play this lot. Island Paradise- the pool waterfall, the balcony railing, the all in one washrooms in the backyard Into The Future- the food forge in the kitchen World Adventures-toilet, coffee maker, end table
University is mandatory. This build is heavy on items from Late Night, Generations, Ambitions. This build is light on items from Master Suite, showtime, Supernatural and Seasons
