pose 2 is for medium sized breasts

Notes: 

You will need the pregnancy morph to have a naked sim who is pregnant.  Pregnancy shows on sims with the clothes, not the sim itself.  Which is why a pregnant sim goes back to normal size when getting in the shower/bath.

If you have NRAAS Master Controller, you can change the sim to naked using this route: NRAAS – Basic – Outfit – Naked.  Do this before adding any accessories or they will disappear once you change them to naked.
