To add more than one CAS accessory at a time, you will need NRAAS Master Controller:
Hold the Control button on keyboard and click on your sim. Choose NRAAS – Master Controller – Settings – CAS -Multiple Accessories Per Location (change to true)

Arms bent up that close while getting hand close to the head….absolute nightmare, in trying not to twist the elbow etc!

Well, I think you’ve done great – there’s no need to pull one’s hair trying to find the right camera angle to hide eventual problems when using your poses!

I try really hard, simply because I wouldn’t want to deal with that for my own pics or story. I will admit, I have stopped being as much a perfectionist because I simply do not have the time. No spending 3 hours on fingers! For example.
