This set is for larger or more pregnant sims.  The original set is  Birth Class.  Pose 7, 8, and 15 for the teacher of the class is found in the original set.

*12 poses – pose list and non pose list compatible

This is the setting for the pregnant sim that fits these poses. You can use a smaller sim, but the hands will hover. Sims in CAS do not show as pregnant.
